LM Connections is an innovative Australian manufacturer of time-saving tools for electricians. Their flagship product, the Conduit Fin, is designed to dramatically reduce installation time for electrical conduit, especially in commercial and multi-story builds. Founded and run by Luke Munchenberg, LM Connections started as a solution to the repetitive inefficiencies seen on job sites, with a vision to simplify and streamline electrical installations.

Despite having a high-quality and highly functional product, LM Connections struggled to gain traction in the market. Their website was underutilised, leads were sporadic, and the value of the product wasn’t being effectively communicated to their ideal customer segments—high-volume electrical contractors and wholesalers.

THE PROBLEM

5. Tighten CRM Integration & Backend Automation

  • Integrate e-Commerce and online order systems.

  • Segment audiences by interest and install volume.

  • Build dashboards to track opt-ins, redemptions, and order values.

EXECUTION

We launched TOF traffic campaigns with click costs under $0.08, feeding a retargeting audience that generated leads at <$14. We repositioned the 20% off discount as a limited BOF offer and tested new lead magnets (e.g., datasheets, free sample box). Website pages were updated with urgency-based CTAs, banners, and scarcity messaging.

When the 40mm Conduit Fin sold out, we pivoted mid-month to a waitlist strategy and continued to collect leads while reducing ad spend.
